Property Managment Services

Our Service Managers will visit your property on a weekly basis and carry out a series of checks. When entering your property they will use a sophisticated electronic management system that will log their time of entry. After completing their checks, which will include:

Checking for post and notices( which can be forwarded if required). Checking for leaks and / or storm damage. Watering indoor plants, flushing toilets and running taps, opening windows to air all the rooms, checking for insect/rodent infestation and generally checking the security of the property. The Service Manager will then secure the building and log out using the same management system.

At the end of each day all information is downloaded from the Managers´ PDAs on to the company’s computer system and will be held on record.

A small aesthetically pleasing plaque will be placed on the entrance of each property informing visitors and guests that the property is being managed and maintained by our company, so in the event of an emergency they will be able to contact our service managers, who operate 24 hours per day.

 Cleaning Services

 Having a clean property is paramount to ensuring your guests enjoy their stay. How many times have you heard your friends saying when they come back from holiday “The place we stayed at was very nice but is wasn’t very clean”.

With All Connections Property Services you will rest assured knowing that following on from our cleaning staff every property is visited by one of our Housekeeping Managers, the standard of cleaning is checked and documented and any remedial work carried out. All documents are signed off by a Director who will also carry out ad-hoc checks to ensure the highest of standards are maintained.

Gardening Services

If you have a private garden in your property, that alone will add value to your rentals, this of course is very dependent on the standard of maintenance. Should you wish to take on this service, our operations team will visit your premises, cut the grass, deadhead the plants, remove weeds and generally water & tidy where necessary.

Repairs and Maintenance

Our fully qualified engineers are available 24 hours a day for your assistance. All works, damage or emergency call outs will be reported to our clients via email unless urgency does not permit. In this case we will contact you or one of your nominated representatives direct.

We will inform you, in detail, of the problem, how we intend to deal with it, when it will be carried out and how much it will cost, there-fore you will not have any unexpected costs at the end of the month.

Community Meetings

    Many property owners who are part of a community find themselves unable to attend important meetings.

    A member of our bi-lingual team can attend on your behalf and hold your proxy and vote as directed.

      We will provide a recorded copy of the meeting and minutes if necessary.We can also deal with utility and other supplier problems on your behalf.

If you wanted to make it  memorable, upon your return to your home we'll arrange for our welcome box. This is a small and inexpensive way of saying “Welcome Home” We of course have a standard package that includes the basic essentials such as Bread, Milk, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Butter/Margarine,Botteled Water, fruit and more... However if you          require a more specific Items or products then we are more than happy to accommodate your requirements.
